Incredible, Inexcusable Incompetence

What idiocy! What a brilliant mistake from ''efficient'' Singapore! S'pore has been ranked tops in ''IT / networkd readiness'' and yet someone ''failed to renew its domain name'', causing payment services to government agencies to be down for 11 hours. Speechless.
